Full day destination wedding photoshoot

For all overseas weddings, our team reserves three days for the assignment: Day 1 for arrival and venue scouting, Day 2 for the wedding day, and Day 3 for return travel.
The prices listed below cover photography services only and do not include any transportation or accommodation expenses incurred during the three days. These costs are to be borne by the client. We will provide an estimated quotation before departure for reference, and the actual amount will be settled on a reimbursement basis with the final balance.

YOU-MUST-KNOW（Please read this carefully）

Wedding ends after 2300, clients need to provide transportation fee to crew members;

the crew will provide receipts and include the fee to the balance of final payment.

We suggest clients can do pre-/ post-wedding with the spare time.

Half day and full day wedding plan will always be shot by our chief photographer Tony, while registration/ banquet plan may be handled by our other team photographers.
All photos might be used for promotion purpose and posted to social media and website.
All photos will be given back in JPG format and through online platform.
We DO NOT provide raw files.
In order to provide the best service quality, for half day/ full day wedding plan, crew members will claim for the first arrival transportation fee on the day.
Tickets, transportation cost or other extra costs required in the shooting, will be paid by clients.
Lead time for post production will be 60 days; and may extend to 90 days during peak season (Oct-Dec).
All bookings only confirmed when the deposit is settled.
All shooting plans can be customised according to your needs, please contact us if you need special arrangement.
